These Terms apply between Eight Force Law Office (the "Firm") and users of the Site (the "Users") with respect to the use of the Site operated by the Firm.

In principle, you are free to link to the Site. However, the Firm may request the removal of a link where the Firm considers it inappropriate, for example where the link may harm the reputation or credibility of the Firm or a third party, or where it misrepresents the source of information. The Firm assumes no responsibility for the content of third-party sites reached from the Site.

7 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of Japan. In the event of any dispute between the Firm and a User regarding the use of the Site, the Tokyo District Court shall be the court of exclusive jurisdiction of the first instance.

8 Changes to These Terms

The Firm may revise these Terms as necessary. The revised Terms shall take effect from the time they are posted on the Site.
